Focus on Constituents

Align the prioritization of content with the values of the city to be transparent and resident-focused

Clarity of Content

Create & share content that is easily understood & makes sense to the average Chicago resident.

Self-Service

Give residents the power to quickly complete tasks & service their needs digitally, decreasing the amount of calls to city departments & alderman offices.

Accessibility

Ensure that all design & content are accessible to all residents of the city of Chicago

Humanize the Government

Organize the sites contents in topics that made sense to the people interacting with them
